What We Do with Your Personal Information

We retain access to your personal information on our secure electronic database servers for five years, on the basis that over a five-year period organisations grow substantially and the need for our services is often triggered by such periods of growth. Your data is processed within Hubspot, Campaign Monitor and Pipedrive, whose security measures and policies have been tried, tested and confirmed as GDPR compliant. If you complete the Our Newsletter form or the Scheduling form your personal information will only be used by MesoFit for marketing purposes. We will retain and use your personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. If you chose not to provide your details, MeaoFit will not be able to share with you educational content and hints and tips to support your business growth.

For all those that have progressed from enquiry stage and have had discussions in reference to business needs with a member of our team via email, telephone or website, this information is stored and maintained on our third-party database; Hubspot.

PURCHASING GOODS ONLINE

This part sets out some terms which apply to your purchase of goods from us through the website.

You make an offer to purchase a product from us (your "order") by completing the staged process on the website as set out below:

Your order only constitutes an offer to purchase goods from us, and does not form a binding contract until accepted by us. Where you order more than one product your order contains a series of offers for each product individually. On receipt of your order, we will send you an order acknowledgement email to the email address which you provide in the order process.

This order acknowledgement email will contain your order number, details of the goods ordered and a delivery estimate. Note that this email is only to acknowledge that your order has been received, and is not acceptance by us of any offers to purchase goods.

We must receive full payment of the price of the goods before we can accept any offers. Where you select to pay by credit or debit card we will process the payment at the time of preparing your goods for despatch.

An offer made by you to purchase a product shall only be deemed to be accepted by us when we despatch that product to you and send you an order despatch email which includes details of the product. We reserve the right to refuse any offers in an order prior to acceptance. If a product is not available we will include details of the unavailable product in the order despatch email. A product which is not available will not be included in the contract for a product which is despatched.

All prices and charges on the website are in the relevant currency for the region selected at the top right hand corner of the website and in GBP £ on our Rest of World site. Delivery charges will be applied based on the delivery address chosen and these will be displayed in the order process.

HOW TO RETURN

You must return your item(s) back to us no later than 28 days from the delivery date. You are responsible for the cost of your returns.

We offer refunds to your original payment method on all items returned to us within 28 days from the date of delivery. You must notify us of your return within 14 days from the date of delivery.

We also offer exchanges, you can request an exchange for a different size/colour of a product. *All exchange requests are processed subject to stock. If the item is unavailable you will be automatically refunded in line with our returns policy.

This policy applies for all payment methods including Buy now & Pay Later payment methods.

Returns must adhere to the following:

• In original packaging

• No signs of wash/wear

• Tags must not be damaged or removed

• No stains/hairs/odours

• Underwear and swimwear must have hygiene seal intact

We reserve the right to refuse a refund and return your item back to you if it does not adhere to the above.
