 MesoFit partially stems from the sports science term Mesomorph and was created by our founder, Saleem. Utilising his passionate for sports and fitness led to being scouted for Brentford FC at 16. Saleem went on to study sports science whilst gaining his coaching badges and then having a spell at Leeds Utd’s football academy.

Sports and fitness has always been a massive corner stone in the life of our founder. Signing professionally at the age of 24 with 6 years of senior football under his belt from the age 18, our founder has more than a story or 2 to tell and pass on to sports, health and fitness lovers alike. 

Saleem’s background and qualifications, put him in a unique and riveting position to lead Mesofit. Benefiting from a wealth of knowledge and experience in the football game (as a player and a coach) as well as being a key personal trainer in gyms, the services he brings are truly one of a kind. 

Our founder was born and raised in the diverse royal borough of Kensington & Chelsea, a short walk from Kings Road. This diversity is embedded into the ethos of the brand from products to the services. People from all ages, backgrounds and walks of life are encouraged to dive in and join us in this ever-growing community. Welcome aboard!
